Our Founder

Alby Duran, 35 years Old, a visionary entrepreneur and devoted mother of four, is the Founder & CEO of Ganics Plus Co. and Co-founder of Paradise Refill Water LLC. Her journey into entrepreneurship was shaped by personal experiences, including raising two children with autism, which ignited her passion for creating businesses that foster inclusion and opportunity for those often overlooked by society.

Alongside her husband, Oscar Duran, a proud U.S. military veteran, Alby has built Ganic Plus Co. with a shared dedication to health, wellness, and community empowerment. Oscar’s leadership and discipline, honed through his years of service, have been instrumental in growing their family-owned business into a brand that stands for quality, integrity, and social impact.

Their journey has not been easy—there were times when they had only a few dollars left to put food on the table. But through resilience, determination, and a commitment to their vision, they have transformed their struggles into success. Today, they are proud to say they own and operate two thriving businesses that not only provide for their family but also uplift their community by offering healthier alternatives and meaningful opportunities.
